Restaurant Chamanna
The Restaurant Chamanna is situated in our partner hotel Engiadina, only a few meters from Crusch Alva. It provides a rustic atmosphere for our guests to enjoy local, Grisons culinary specialities. Here we serve our guests various meat and fish dishes, traditional Fondues and Raclettes. The table grill on the hot stone is a special culinary experience for our guests. We focus on fresh and regional products, which bring a new level of sophistication through their outstanding quality. The well stocked bar, where smoking is still permitted, one can round off the evening with a drink or two.
